About the job
Looking for companion care for my 42-year-old brother with developmental disabilities. He is high functioning and lives on his own, but needs assistance with preparing meals, staying active, social interaction and some transportation. Looking for someone with high energy who is willing to get him out in the community, take him to sporting events, engage him in conversation (he has a speech impairment) recommend new places to go and people to meet (possibly through rec programs in Enfield and surrounding towns). Looking for someone long term to become trusted extension of our family. 10-15 hours per week, very flexible schedule.
