Looking For Flexible Caring Individual For Elderly Woman With Dementia. Part Time Afternoons.

Looking for an individual to care for my mom who has dementia. She is independent with her ADLs but sundowns (mild) evenings. Responsibilities include basic meal prep, assisting her with laundry, cleaning her room and bathroom as well as encouraging her to walk more and sit less. I have 3 dogs and cats. Taking dogs outside would also be expected (e-fence, but not to be left out alone). She has lost a lot of strength and endurance in the last couple of years so getting her moving is a big part of the job. Taking her out in the community is encouraged as well. The hours are between 12p and 7p, but vary based on my schedule. (RN). Likely 4-5 hours a day to start but may increase over time depending on her needs. 4-5 afternoons a week, day off would not be the same each week. New position so will evolve as needs are further determined.
