Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. I'm mainly looking for someone who can be there to assist my mom with meals, bathing when needed, getting around the home and assistance in the restroom. She has trouble with holding her bladder, but she goes to the toilet for her bowel movements. She has Parkinson's and dementia. I work odd hours alternating between days and nights, so I need someone flexible.
