Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Pueblo

About who needs care: She has Alzheimer's and needs 24 hour care. We are two daughters and need help as we both work full time. She needs companionship, verbal cues, and guidance on everything. She likes to watch TV but loses interest at times and asks repeated questions. She has a little dog in the house that follows her wherever she goes. She sleeps well at night and gets to the bathroom on her own thru the night... as of now. She showers on her own, we help to ensure she uses the shampoo in her hair and then she washes herself and dries off. She dresses her self with clothes we take out for her. About the care needs: The individual needs to be trustworthy, kind, compassionate, patient and willing to care for mom well. Someone who will visit with her, make sure she eats (she feeds herself fine) and ensure she is clean and cared for. She has some meds to take but nothing major. Other daughter is a nurse and can assist with all of that. I am employed with DHS and would like to ensure whomever comes into my mothers home is there for the right reason. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
