I need a hands-on care provider with experience for my husband who is in his 80s and in hospice. He is becoming increasingly bedridden. He has a Foley and a PEG tube. His heart is failing and he has bouts of aFIB on a regular basis. I need an extra set of hands to help with lift assistance (e. g. from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to loveseat or toilet) , hygiene and companionship while I run errands. He is a pipe smoker. Caregiver must be comfortable with pets as we have a 50 lb Border Collie and a cat. Schedule is flexible regarding days and times, but afternoons work best for us right now.
