Mom recently broke her foot and ankle and is essentially bedridden for the time being. She needs help with all home tasks (cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, etc.) as well as personal care (bathroom, shower, etc.)Her apartment's door is too small for her walker to fit through. She needs help getting to the bathroom, cooking meals, and housekeeping.
Mom loves crossword puzzles, cooking, and jazz.
About the care needs:
Mom needs a lot of empathy. She does not respond well to "tough love."
Services needed include:
transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
