About who needs care: She has balance issues and walks with a walker. She lives in a one level, ranch style townhome. She likes to read, play bridge, have friends over. Wake up when she wakes up, eat a little breakfast, maybe run errands, read, watch TV--football on Sundays. About the care needs: Mom makes friends easily and has friends in her neighborhood. Someone with a laid back, but happy and helpful personality would be a good fit. No specialty skills needed. Mom is in pretty good shape for 83. I just need someone to check in on her. No specific hobbies or interests are necessary. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
