About who needs care: I would need transportation after knee surgery to Physical Therapy in Castle Rock, CO twice a week. My surgery is scheduled for April 22, 2025. I dont need a ride for Surgery but would need transportation to PT after the 22nd. About the care needs: The person would have to be a safe driver and would have to remain in Castle Rock for an hour while I am in PT and then drive me back to Larkspur. Services needed include: transportation.
