Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lafayette

Seeking hands-on care in assisted living facility for my 93-year-old mother. She has mobility, pain, incontinence, and hearing issues. Assistance with transfers, prevention of falls, preparing/ordering/setting out simple meals, toileting, and dressing. She needs medication and drinking water reminders. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Provide regular communication and updates to me, and groceries or errands when needed. You will be assisting me with transporting my Mom to/from dr. appointments sometimes. Must be a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Hours may vary each week between 20-30. There are two shifts each day 8:00-1:00 and 4:00-7:00. One or two shifts each day is OK. Ideally, I also need a back-up caregiver if one of the other two part-time caregivers are sick or out-of-town.
