Seeking Evening CNA/RN Senior Care Provider In Greeley

I am looking for care for my 93 y/o father at home. Needing someone with experience - preferably an RN or CNA. My father requires someone to push him in a wheelchair. Must be able to assist with moving between chairs and using the bathroom. Some lifting required. Must be willing to hands in assist, especially in the bathroom. Flexible time and hours but we are wanting consistency week to week.
