About who needs care: My dad has Alzheimer's, my mom lives in the home also and has slight dementia. I live next door so am close if needed. I am looking for someone to be in the home overnight in case of an emergency. There wouldn't be much contact as they would be sleeping. About the care needs: Dealing with confusion and redirecting back to bed if he wakes up.
