Companion Care Needed For My Father In Fort Collins

I'm looking for Physical Therapy and basic care for my father in his 80s. He had a knee replaced 30 years ago and maybe nothing will help but we need to try to get him some strength before we need to send him to rehab. he has fallen 3 times this week
