Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Fort Collins

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. I hope to graduate mom from Hospice, I am rehabbing her at home.
