About who needs care: Parkinson's with Parkinson's related dementia. Will be at assisted living/and want additional private care to help with morning/evening dressing and bathing routine, medication prompting, transfer from wheelchair/recliner to toilet, and taking him to meals and activities, including wheelchair walks. About the care needs: Want a CNA who does private patients. Work with primary caregiver... can swap days. Services needed include: companion, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
