Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Denver

About who needs care: My mom is 85 years old and is without a car. Although she is able to drive, I am getting to the point where I don't feel like this is a good idea anymore. She is very independent but I worry about her being alone everyday. I currently live with her and I am usually able to get her to appointments, and care for her but I work full time and travel as well. I am just looking to get information on what is available to help me with her . I think it is more about companionship, or running her to the grocery store now and then. About the care needs: My mom is pretty easy to get along with. She loves to do puzzles but most of her day is spent watching TV, which isn't ideal for me. She is on oxygen so she doesn't get outside much to walk even though it would be good for her to do so. Her Dr. approves of this as well. I think she just needs to have someone to just visit with her. We have had a lot of tragedy in our family the last few years so someone who is willing to just listen would be great! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
