About who needs care: Disabled. Cannot do the kind of house cleaning I need anymore. (back and neck spine are fused) Also numerous health issues now. Don't need structure. Hobbies/interests are not relevant. About the care needs: As to personality, kind and patient would be nice. House cleaning doesn't really require specialized skills. Most of us women have been saddled with house cleaning all our lives. Just the usual type of cleaning. Dust, vacuum, mop and clean bathrooms, Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
