Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Denver

About who needs care: She recently had spinal surgery. She's still struggling with recovery. My sister and I are struggling to provide enough structure and oversight for her, and without that we fear she is not adhering to a recovery schedule in terms of taking medication, doing PT/exercises as prescribed, tracking pain/symptoms/themes, and adequately nourishing herself. About the care needs: We'd love to find someone very patient who enjoys companionship, is wellness-focused and able to assist her and nudge her in the right direction without feeling like a full "caretaker". Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
