34yr old Autistic adult with Several Chronic Health Illnesses, need help with most daily living tasks. Limited mobility. Carer needs to be able to lift up to 30lbs and transport lightweight manual wheelchair when going out. Need structure, consistency, and routine; also need someone that can self direct and work with written instructions given; be able to learn to pickup ques and self guide where work/help is needed is key. Need someone capable to be on call for emergencies, this would have OT pay rate. Prefer 30+ aged carer because the complexity of my health and functions require having some learned through time skills. Must be LGBTQIA accepting, pet friendly, child firendly. Child expierence be great.
