About who needs care: Has condition much like ALS. Needs all ADLs, Hoyer lift from chair to wheelchair to bed, etc. Ideally, need someone 2 hours to get her up, dressed, and help eating. An hour around lunch to help eating. And 2 hours in the evening for dinner and help to bed. About the care needs: Should love to watch TV and then talk about what's going on. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
