I'm looking for an experienced caregiver to be part of our team caring for my 96-year-old father who needs 24-hour care. The shifts are either 12 hour or 24 hour shifts. We are looking for someone to work on weekends either daytime 12 hr shifts, a 24-hour shift, or overnight 12 hours. The ideal caregiver would have a medical background (CNA, LPN, or RN) to monitor my father's oxygen needs per protocol as well as assess his health from day to day.
