Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Castle Rock

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Need help with laundry and organizing my room and clothing. Would like to discuss any additional chores. I've been independent until the last few months after a prolonged illness. I need motivation to improve my situation and help in keeping my space clean and organized. I'm a retired RN and do not want to be dependent on my son and my adult granddaughters for care. We share a four bedroom home but my space is fairly self contained.
