Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Broomfield

I need a combination of companion and hands-on care assistance for my 93-year-old mom. She is living in an assisted living place in Lafayette, and moving to a new assisted living place in Broomfield in June. Duties include medication prompts/reminders, assistance with transfers/mobility, getting dressed/undressed, toileting, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to doctor appointments, ordering/setting up meals delivered to her apartment from the dining room, some meals in the dining room. Occasional sitting excercise class. She is 25% using her walker, 75% in a wheelchair. I need 3:00-7:00 four to six days/week, possibly/not required 8:00-1:00 one day/week, and possibly more hours if I am sick or out of town, or the other part-time caregiver is sick or out of town. Mandatory non-smoker.
