Assistance with ADLs (brush hair, teeth, changing clothes, heats meals/snacks) provides bed baths, change linens, transfers w/electric Hoyer, wheelchair, electric bed, electric recliner. Encourage & assists with daily range of motion exercises to prevent wasting. Engages in communication and activities with patient/client! Memory games, family photo books, scrabble blocks, asking questions about her life, watch game shows, walks, etc.
