Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. house keeping would be vacuuming, sweep/ mop, laundry, cleaning bathroom when needed. We would need someone to change her/ clothe her, shower her, change her sheets etc.. Hours could be flexible on both sides. Thanks,
