Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Aurora

About who needs care: Mom is starting to show some memory issues. She has trouble with organization and doesn't like me interfering. I'm looking for someone to clean and lightly organize. Someone who can encourage her to organize things and get rid of things she doesn't need. About the care needs: My mom is really seeet but she gets discouraged. I want someone who is patient and understanding and good at communication with someone elderly. I'm mostly concerned that the house is not safe because she leaves things on the floor. And also its not getting cleaned. It would be great if they would encourage her to eat and maybe help her prep a meal. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
