Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Woodland Hills

About who needs care: 89-year-old professional still works, seeing psychotherapy patients in her home 2 days/week. Uses a walker and has difficulty traversing long distances. Needs help cleaning herself, cooking, laundry. Recently fell in shower and will be discharged from hospital soon. I am looking for a caregiver for my Mom, part time and open to discussion various plans for structuring care. About the care needs: Needs to be proactive vs. expecting my Mom to ask for everything she needs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
