Companion And Some Hands-On Care Needed For My Father

We need a little companion and hands-on care to fully take care of my father in Whittier, whose care giver for the past year is moving. He needs someone to handle medicine organization, meal-preparation (your way to his heart will be through food!) and light cleaning as well as little bit of companionship and reminders to do his daily exercises. He will likely need someone to do his grocery shopping and possibly pick up his prescriptions. My dad is very friendly and used to being independent although he recognizes he needs some part-time support.
