Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Westminster

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his late 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping if needed to help my Mom. Potential assistance with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. My Dad has congestive heart failure among other issues, legally blind, hard of hearing. My Mom is sole caregiver so we are looking for assistance for him, and help for her. Would love if we could split the four hours to (2) in the morning and (2) in the evening. If not possible, then would prefer the morning.
