About who needs care: Grandpa is currently on hospice in home care and is currently confined to his bed. Unable to move positions on his own. Currently using a condom catheter to assist with urination. Wearing diapers. About the care needs: My mom, dad, and grandma live with my grandpa. My mom and dad are currently taking care of my grandpa, but both are physically weaker and need someone to take lead with changing the diaper/ moving my grandpa into different positions. Someone who is patient and friendly Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
