Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Corralitos

We need hands-on care to take care of my grandmother in Corralitos. Help is needed with bathing, personal care, and mobility assistance. Weakness in lower extremities and reliant on her wheelchair. She is able to stand with help of safety bars and/or poles and take a couple of steps or shuffle. She is able to use a transfer board to get from her wheelchair to a bed or seat, and is able to wheel herself around. Help will be needed with prompting her to take her medicine. She resides in a ADA unit next to her family members. She loves to be outdoors and to garden. She has a parakeet who keeps her company and neighbor dogs who frequently visit her. She is mentally sharp and loves to talk about family, her history and life experience.
