About the job
In need of care provider with experience with paraplegic / wheelchair bound. Driving is mandatory. Our care concerns are: bathroom/toileting, Personal Hygiene, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation to Appointments, Mobility Assistance. Willing to do light housekeeping (tidying up). One of your responsibilities will be helping administer a suppository in rectum in the morning, then manual stimulating rectum to go to the bathroom. Very easy, regular bowels, and normal. Help transport client (physical therapy session, errands, picking up food/grocery items, etc.). This client is very independent and learning to walk again, with great progress! Currently, looking for FRIDAY care, and backup if needed. for other days. Routine and punctuality is very important. This is a great client!
