Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Vista

About who needs care: Urinary incontinance and his diabetic pump are the primary medical diagnosis that cause problems and he may need some help with. I am looking for someone to wake him up, make sure he showers and eats each day. Periodically, while I am traveling, he may need a grocery run or transportation to a medical appointment. About the care needs: Positive, not easily frustrated. He has arthritis, and is very deaf so he can be frustrating at times. Must be wiling to learn to manipulate the Medtronic insulin pump, change the sensor, refill the insulin, etc... (Usually once a week). Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
