About who needs care: Double leg amputee; chronic kidney disease; dialysis patient; Hobbies include: music (musician), movies, cars. Need companion to and from dialysis (dial-a-ride) Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays leaving (8:15am-1:15pm); need help with meal prep, laundry and medication. In addition, a companion to run errands and facilitate hobbies would be ideal. About the care needs: An ideal caregiver would love music and/or play an instrument, can handle some sass, and is extremely patient. Dependable transportation is a must. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
