Care Needed For Myself In Valley Center

I need a care provider for myself in my 70s. Light Cleaning is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and light laundry. Drive my car with me to appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. My hours are starting at 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 or 7:00 pm, from 5 or 6 days a week. Having auto immune conditions mean my diet is very simple... ;]
