Seeking someone to take my 94-year-old mother from Glen Cove, east of Vallejo, to her church in Benicia on Sunday mornings (a one hour service starting at 10:30). Duties include going to get her in her apartment, transportation to the church (10 minutes away), and helping her in and out (she uses a walker). She's a lovely woman and in good physical and mental health for her age, though forgetful at times and sometimes unsteady with the walker. The folks at the church have been taking her for 18 months, but they are concerned that she is unsteady walking and want her to have a trained person help her in and out. During the service you could wait in one of the rooms off the lobby, go for coffee nearby, or take a walk in one of several parks nearby, if you'd rather not attend the service.
