About who needs care: Need assistance with transporting from bed to chair. Changing diaper, bathing, feeding, ect About the care needs: Need a strong person to lift him and assist him with moving from his bed to recliner. He is bed ridden at this time. Need daily physical therapy for him to get stronger. Assist with strengthening and stretching in order to improve his strength and mobility. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
