Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Tustin

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding. Assistance with medication is needed. Some help needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. My father is 84 on hospice in our home. He has stage 4 cancer and is declining daily. He sleeps a lot, trying to figure out the times when he'll is needed most. He is 129 pounds and is extremely weak. May need some one who is strong enough to move him and lift him.
