Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Tracy

About who needs care: Spouse is unable to walk except a few steps with walker. He has type 2 diabetes, Charcot foot, poor leg circulation and leg pain, high blood pressure, difficulty breathing so he is on oxygen. He likes fishing, vintage hot rods, boats, horses, and socializing. He likes to go outside when the weather is nice although he gets cold easily. He is on kidney dialysis 3 days a week but would only need a caregiver on non-dialysis days while I go to work. They will need lunch and snacks prepared. About the care needs: A very social personality would be a good fit. The caregiver would need to be able to assist someone to stand and go to the bathroom - he is around 315 pounds and is very weak. He can only stand for a couple of minutes at most. If the person likes vintage cars, boats, fishing, that would be good. He likes to talk about his truck driving job and big trucks as well. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
