Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Trabuco Canyon

We are looking for someone to help my mom care for my grandmother while I am away 1/31 - 2/6, & 2/19 - 2/26. My grandmother is in at-home hospice for vascular dementia. Responsibilities include spoon-feeding, rinsing, then changing her diaper, clothes, and bedding as needed. My grandmother is bed-ridden with limited mobility and she has dysphagia so cannot eat solid foods. Preference for someone who is gentle, patient, and okay with a bit of lifting. However, my grandma is quite petite and has lost weight from her condition.
