About the job
About who needs care: ; He has mild- moderate cognitive impairment . Very verbal , high functioning but has problems in a crisis situation and complex problem solving. He is well educated, goes to film classes and writing classes , uses tranportation by himself. He enjoys old cars, and loves hiking. We need some one who is intellectual and can play card and board games, accompany him on afternoon walks with the dog. His wife died in December and he needs intellectual stimulation. He lives with his son and his son needs a break. About the care needs: Probably a male individual interested in guy stuff and literary , old films and cars, and some interest in meditation, would be good. Person should be good with dogs. No sitting around and watching TV.... Services needed include: companionship.
