Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Thousand Oaks

Seeking hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. This is a payroll position, and is every weekend including Friday. Medication management prompting is required. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include assistance with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. Dementia experience and understanding is a must. You should be comfortable being a self starter, finding tasks to fill the day during down time. Encouraging my mother to stand up, take small walks if possible, use the bathroom, etc. Physical assistance is needed transferring from bed to wheel chair, bathroom, and living room chair.
