About who needs care: Elderly, needs assistance walking, needs diaper changed, needs assistance with shower, needs to be given medications, needs assistance with doctor visits. Does not have many hobbies used to enjoy woodworking. Has edema of legs, has a heart condition. Takes several meds daily. Enjoys watching TV - can cautiously walk (slowly) with assistance. About the care needs: Ability to lift patient and clean patient. Caregiver must be patient and able to assist . Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
