About the job
About who needs care: Looking for basic care & companionship for my 67-year-old father. He is very friendly and enjoyable to be around. He is currently 7 weeks out in recovering from surgery, but can get around fairly well after doing weeks of physical therapy. He needs assistance with personal hygiene like bathing, dressing, nail clipping, shaving, etc. Also, laundry, meal prep and light housekeeping. I would like to get him someone for care and companionship 2 days a week, in the afternoon, while I am at work. We are located in Tahoe City. Services needed include: possible transportation to appointments, meal preparation, possible errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
