Hands-on Care Needed For My Father-in-law In Sunnyvale

My father-in-law fell twice recently, resulting in a fractured clavicle and lumbar vertebra. We need someone who can help him get in and out of bed, his living room chair and dining room chair. He is able to bathe, dress and feed himself with some effort. Someone who may also be able to accompany him to the occasional afternoon medical appointment would be ideal since my mother-in-law cannot lift the wheelchair in and out of the car trunk.
