About who needs care: Recently fell and had mild concussion with fractured bones (back and ribs). Also had a heart procedure followed by placement of pacemaker. Is recovering well, but currently needs extra assistance as she is regaining her mobility and undergoing PT. She is hard of hearing, but does have a hearing aid. About the care needs: At this time, we are looking for someone to be with my grandmother at the nursing home she is currently at while undergoing PT. After she is discharged, we will also like them to continue with in home care. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
