Companion Care Needed For My Father In Studio City

We need companion care to take care of my father in Studio City. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming 1400 sq ft with steps. Personal care includes making sure father takes morning pills, goes on walks with the dog either around the neighborhood or to the nearest dog parks for 30- 60 mins, makes lunch, and general conversation to help his faining talking ability.
