About who needs care: For my grandma and grandpa, both in their 80s. My grandma is going blind and is more limited in what she can do around the house. My grandpa is becoming weaker with his age but still loves to be active in the garage or yard. Their day: Get up, have coffee, get ready for the day. Run to store if they have appointments, maybe a grocery store run. My grandpa likes to spend his time outside in the yard or in his garage. My grandma stays indoors and listens to the tv or does light/manageable housework. About the care needs: Someone who is outgoing, but also okay keeping to themselves if my grandma doesn't feel like talking too much. They would need to have a driver's license to be able to run errands for/with them and be able to help my grandfather get up should he fall. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
