Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Stockton

About who needs care: This is for my Uncle, who is often confused and experiencing memory deficits and vision issues. He needs prompting to get dressed and to do some of his ADLs, but he can complete the tasks once prompted and helped. He goes to dialysis three times a week and can use some support in getting him ready in the morning. His nephew picks him up and drops him off. He also needs support with medication prompting, making sure he is taking the medication as prescribed. If possible, light housekeeping, such as putting a load of laundry in the washer & dryer and washing dishes, would be a great help. Services needed include meal preparation, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and help with getting dressed.
