About who needs care: Post-Polio patient needs bathing while sitting, cannot negotiate bathtub/shower. She is otherwise ambulatory with walker/wheelchair/hospital bed. Services needed include: bathing / dressing. Bed sore treatment. Mobility assistance, into and out of wheelchair.
