Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Sonoma

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Sonoma. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. Spanish speaking a plus. She speaks English and Spanish. She has some dementia but is generally curious and engaging. Needs help to get going in the mornings when she has less energy. She thinks she can do everything on her own, so it's more helping or prompting as needed and engaging in activities.
